- Check for an available update. Use the installation source you normally use for the app. Include your installed version when you contact us.

In your email, include:
- Your iPhone or iPad model, iOS or iPadOS version, and app version if known.

Common questions
A score or schedule looks wrong
Reported game data can be delayed or incomplete. Check the selected sport, school and date, then compare the website’s Scores & Schedules. Email us the teams, game date and details of the discrepancy. Do not assume an unreported score is a final result.
A story, image or video will not load
Check your connection and try again. Stories, images and videos depend on their content services; a linked video or stream may open outside the app. Include the story title or video link in your report.
