Who provides the app
HBCU DIGITAL NETWORK, LLC operates HBCU DIGITAL and is the App Store seller. These Terms govern your use of the app. Contact contact@hbcudigital.com with questions.
Using the app and its content
Use the app lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, or use the app to infringe another person’s rights.
Stories, images, school marks, video and other content remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Access through the app does not grant permission to copy, republish or commercially reuse that content.
News, scores and availability
Content and reported game information depend on source coverage. Scores, schedules and status may be delayed, incomplete or corrected. A missing score is not a final result. Linked videos and streams depend on availability at their external destinations.
For a content or game-data concern, provide the title, teams, game date or relevant link through App Support.
YouTube and other external services
HBCU DIGITAL uses YouTube API Services. By using HBCU DIGITAL’s YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s data practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
External websites and apps have their own terms and privacy practices. Review those terms when opening their content. The public-video listing flow does not use a personal Google sign-in.
Privacy and agreement
Read the Privacy Policy for the app’s data practices. The App Store version requires affirmative agreement to the approved Privacy Policy and Terms of Use before content features become available. A local policy-version record remembers agreement; a changed revision requires agreement again.
The agreement action is: “I agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.”
